Refund Policy

In the event of bad weather, we may issue refunds. We try to let you know an hour before at the very latest, but sometimes, storms pop up and leave very quickly.

For a refund, text 615-424-4451. State that you'd like a refund, give the reason why. In the event of a storm that only lasts a few hours, we will only refund the 3 hour passes. If a storm stops our boats more than 6 hours, we will include the All Day Passes as well. 

Any merchandise bought in our shops are 100% refundable including shipping for 30 days. No questions asked!
